I get a message "Windows delayed write fail unable to save the data" on...

I get a message “Windows delayed write fail unable to save the data” on my Glyph GTO50 drive.

1. Go to Device manager
2. Click disk drives, and left click on your FW drive
3. Right click and choose properties, then “policies”
4. Check the “Optimize for performance” button.
5. Restart computer.
