Additional plugins are included in the Digi002 and Digi002Rack Factory bundles. If these are coming up on an MBox or Mbox2 system you may have simply installed the Digi002 Bundle as well. They're both included on the same Factory Bundle Installer disk.

Plugins can be removed from Add/Remove programs on Windows computers and Trashed from MacHD/Applications/Digidesign/ProTools/Plugins Alias on Apple computers.
