Tranzport not linking to USB interface

The Frontier Design staff has seen several TranzPort units in the current batch that were not pre-bound as a set (TranzPort + USB interface). Looks like the factory may have mixed them up after testing them which means they may not automatically come up with the Link LED at power up. Pressing Shift+Battery on the TranzPort and immediately pressing the button on the USB interface takes care of it but some users may not realize this right away and look to the users guide for the binding procedure.

Frontier has brought this to the factorys attention to correct but it may affect units currently in the system.
