I am using a Mac running Mac OS X 10.3 Panther or 10.4 Tiger, and Live is taking a long time to open. How can I fix this?

Please trash the Preferences.cfg file located in the following paths:

* Windows (Live 3): (Installation Directory)/Ableton/Preferences
* Windows (Live 4 and 5): C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Application Data\Ableton\Live 4\Preferences
* Mac OS9: /System/Preferences/Ableton
* Mac OSX: /User/Library/Preferences/Ableton
