I use Mac OS 9 and keep getting a system error when I try to use the Render to Disk feature in Live. What can I do to fix this?

Some users have reported that when turning off the Norton AntiVirus Auto-Protect System extension the problem disappears. Other applications that run in the background may cause similar problems.
