When I click the command "Render to Disk" from the file menu, it doesn't...

When I click the command "Render to Disk" from the file menu, it doesn't save anything. The resulting file has no length or a waveform display. What am I doing wrong?

If rendering in the Arrangement View, please be sure that you are selecting a time range in the Arrangement View. If you are rendering in the Session View you, must specify a length in the Render to Disk dialog window.
