Q:
I'm getting a low-level hum (60 cycles) with my AKG Solid Tube.
A:
Check the fuse insert on the power supply. If you're in the US or other territories that use 110-120v power, make sure you see "115" in little window. If you don't, unplug the power supply, remove the insert and turn 180º. This will change the operating voltage to the proper 115v.
If you're in territories or states which use 210-230v, be sure to set the fuse insert so that "230v" is facing out. Consult the owners manual for detailed information on this fuse insert.
