Q:
Pro Tools says it can't find can't find the Tape Banks. Why?
A:
From G-Force: We are aware of an error which can occur during an RTAS-only installation on the Mac platform whereby the M-Tron installer will fail to install some alias files which point to the actual sound content files. This error will be corrected in future versions of the installer. Fortunately, there is a simple fix for this. Without uninstalling, please run the installer again. This time, choose the VST installation only. This will not result in a re-installation of the sound content, but it will fix the problem so that M-Tron will function properly when launched from within Pro Tools.

In Pro Tools 7 the M-Tron can select a sound file but there's no audio output. Does M-Tron offer support for sustain pedals? What version of ProTools do I need for the M-Tron to work? Now they won't play back and I can't access my recorded files thru my computer either. |
