Is it possible to move the Tape Banks to a different drive or location?
A:
Yes. If you are using Mac please follow these instructions carefully.
1) Close all applications. 2) Open the folder Macintosh/Libray/GForce/ 3) Copy the M-Tron folder containing the .cpt sound files to another location. 4) Delete the M-Tron folder containing the .cpt sound files from the folder Macintosh/Libray/GForce/ 5) Create an alias of the M-Tron folder in it's new location. 6) Move the alias to the folder Macintosh/Libray/GForce/ 7) Rename the alias M-Tron (make sure there are no blank spaces) 8) Close all windows and launch your M-Tron host. If you are using PC please follow these instructions carefully. 1) Close all applications. 2) Locate the M-Tron folder containing the .cpt sound files (in your VSTPlugins directory) 3) Move the M-Tron folder containing the .cpt sound files to another location. 5) Create a 'shortcut' of the M-Tron folder in it's new location. 6) Move the 'shortcut' file to your host applications VSTPlugins folder. 7) Rename the 'shortcut' file M-Tron (make sure there are no blank spaces) 8) Close all windows and launch your M-Tron host.
