DP5 requires a G4/500 MHZ Power Mac with at least 512MB RAM, and Mac OS 10.3.7 or higher. A 17-inch monitor or larger is highly recommended.

While DP5 will work with the minimum requirements above, MOTU recommends a 1 GHZ G4 and 1GB or faster. A faster processor in your Mac and more RAM will increase the amount of tracks, plugins and isntruments you can use as well as improve screen scrolling, counter and other display items.
