Q:
My CSI tutorial CD-ROM only came with a 9 digit authorization code, but the program is asking for a 15 Digit one. What shold I do?
A:
Thompson (Course Technology) has had some issues with batches that were shipped this way.
One solution they offer is to look on the disk itself for a 6 digit sequence which will look like either CSS123 or CSM123. Simply put these 6 digits on the front of the 9 digit serial number you recieved and enter that code. This should unlock the CD for you. If you are still having problems and are unable to authorize your CSI CD-ROM, you can call Thompson support directly to obtain one at 800 648 7450.
