In the installer for expand the program creates an extra folder,
in the following path C:/Program Files/Comman Files/Digidesign/DAE/Plug-Ins If you see an actual folder in there
Open it and you will see the Expand.dat file
Move the .dat file into the Plug-Ins folder and delete the (now empty) folder

Now your sounds will show up in Expand
