My new MBox2 does not light up (no USB or other LED's come on) but ProTools...

My new MBox2 does not light up (no USB or other LED's come on) but ProTools LE launches and recognizes the MBox2 in the Hardware Setup window. No audio in or out works either.

In some cases, downloading and installing the MBox2 firmware update v1.38 from www.digidesign.com helped fix this problem (even though the MBox2 most likely already has this.
