Q:
I'm getting a delay when I record on my Pro Tools HD system.
A:
Make sure the input monitor button is enabled on your track. This is the small button with an "I" in it that turns green when enabled.
Also, having RTAS plugins inserted on the track you are recording, or on the master track, can cause this. Also, the TDM version of the Waves L3 can cause this as well. Remove the L3 or any RTAS plugins you have, and then try recording again.
