Q:
I just upgraded to ProTools version 7.x and my Compressor, Limiter, Gate, Expander Gate, Deesser and EQ2 plugins are missing.
A:
With the introduction of Digidesigns new Dynamics3 and EQ3 plugins the install for ProTools 7.x is moving the older DynamicsII and EQII plugins.
On the Mac, they've been moved to MacintoshHD/Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plugins(unused). On Windows, they've been moved to C:/ ProgramFiles/CommanFiles/Digidesign/DAE/PlugIns Unused. They can be moved back into the Plugins folder at that same location and they are still functioning as of PT7.3.1
