Q:
When launching an older Pro Tools LE on Windows XP session that had used the Mod Delay plug-in, it says the plug-ins cannot be found and will be made inactive.
 
A:
The solution to this problem is to install the Mod Delay I plug-in.

Here's how:
1) Download Mod Delay I from digidesign.com/support/downloads.
2) Manually drag the downloaded Mod Delay plug-in to C:Program Files/Common Files/Digidesign/DAE/Plug-Ins.
3) Launch Pro Tools and older session files will now find the Mod Delay plug-in without error.
