Q:
The BIAS Authorization Manager won't accept my Serial Number
A:
Most of the time, serial number errors are due to typos made when entering a serial number into the BIAS Authorization Manager - or, when copying/pasting a serial number into the BIAS Authorization Manager.
Make sure that all capitalization and dashes are correct, that you are using zeros instead of the letter "o", and the number "1" (one) instead of the letter "I". When copying/pasting a serial number into the BIAS Authorization Manager, check that there are no leading or trailing spaces left in the a Serial Number field.
