I tried to uninstall Pro Tools on my PC, but it gave me an error saying "Another version of Pro Tools is already installed." What can I do?
A:
You can try to completely remove all Pro Tools files. This is different from an uninstallation because the registry is not affected. However, it should be enough to allow you to reinstall. Please see article number 31656 for instructions on completely removeing Pro Tools.
