No audio from Project 5 using a MOTU interface in Vista.
 
A:
Try switching to the "Wave Audio" driver in Project 5's Options > Audio menu. Then, restart project 5 and select the ASIO driver again. Close and reopen Project 5 a second time. Playback should resume normally.
