Where can I get the new firmware for my JBL LSR 4312 subwoofer?

The firmware can be found in the following places:

Subwoofer: The firmware is located on the CD-ROM that was included with the sub.

Sattelites (4326P and 4328P): Newer productoin includes all of the firmware files on the software disc in the accessory kit. The files are also available for download at jblpro.com Click on the link to the LSR4300 page, then click the "Firmware" link on the left side of the page.
