Q:
DAE -1115 in pro Tools 7 on Windows XP laptops.
A:
If you have any wireless internet cards, these will need to be disabled prior to running Pro Tools. Go to the Device Manager (Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware), then click the "+" next to "Network Adapters." Then, right-click on anything with the word "wireless" in it, and choose disable. You can go back and enable these devices after quitting Pro Tools.
Thanks to F. Ramirez for this one.
