Waves Tune opens with a blank GUI in Cubase SX 3 or Nuendo 3 on PC

Complete these steps:
Make sure you can see hidden files and folders. Go to Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab, and select show hidden files and folders.

Go to My Computer > C: > Documents and Settings > Your Folder > Application Data > Steinberg > Cubase SX 3 / Nuendo 3.

Delete both VST Plugins.xml and Defaults.xml from the folder.
