I installed my Arturia plug-ins and I can use all of them in Cubase except for the Jupitor8V

One customerI installed the plug-ins into the following folder ->
C:\Program Files\VstPlugins\Arturia. All of the synths from the V-Collection work in this folder with the exception of the Jupiter 8V. If he moved the Jupiter 8V DLL to
C:\Program Files\VstPlugins, then the synth appears in Cubase SX3.0.2 and works fine.
