Where are the VST plug-ins stored on Mac OS X?
A:
On Mac OS X there are usually three different locations and folders that can contain VST plug-ins.
1) The plug-ins installed with Cubase and Nuendo These plug-ins are installed inside the package of the application. To find the plug-ins do this: Open the folder "Applications" on your system disk Search for the application where you want to look for the vstplugins Open the context-menu of the application by [CTRL]+mouseclick, select "Show Package contents" There, open the folder "contents", then "vstplugins".
