Q:
I just installed a Universal Audio card and am now getting -9128 errors in Pro Tools. What can I do?
A:
In one case cleaning out the Pro Tools prefernces and database files fixed this. See Sweetcare article # 31080 ( or search Sweetcare for keywords "Preferences and Databases.")
