The V3 upgrade is a charged upgrade, so if you didn't purchase it, that's the problem. If you did purchase, it may simply be the wrong installer. If you have a bundle (An iLok authorization for SoundToys TDM Effects, or SoundToys Native Effects) then you can use the bundle installer. If you have anything else, you need to use the individual installers for each plug-in. Keep in mind, it's a good idea to trash the SoundToys folder from your plug-ins folder before re-installing.
