After I installed BFD, the BFD All, BFD Groups and BFD Ultra plugins appear...

After I installed BFD, the BFD All, BFD Groups and BFD Ultra plugins appear in my application, but BFD Stereo does not.

If BFD Lite is already installed on your system, it could cause the Stereo plugin of BFD to not appear. Simply remove the BFD Lite plugin from the application's plugin folder and relaunch the application to fix this.
