Q:
StealthPlug is not passing audio. I’m not able to monitor my guitar through it. No sound.
A:
1.Is the LED ON? If not, check that the USB is connected to a powered and properly working USB port. For best performance, DO NOT connect the StealthPlug to a USB Hub.
2. Is the LED RED? If yes, check that your computer is not in suspend/power saving mode, the operating system has finished loading, and the StealthPlug driver is installed and enabled. 3. Is the LED GREEN? If yes, check your audio application set-up and select the StealthPlug as the Input/Output device. If the problem persists, please disconnect the StealthPlug from the USB port, uninstall StealthPlug drivers from Windows Control Panel and repeat the driver installation.
