-9161 error in Pro Tools HD. Error while allocating voices, as a result not all audio tracks were voiced.
 
A:
In one situation with SCSI hard drives, this error was fixed by moving the hard drives onto a new connector on the ribbon cable. The best solution would be to purchase a new SCSI ribbon cable.
