Using Mono VST Plug-Ins on Stereo Tracks Causes Out of Sync Audio

When using a mono plug-in on a stereo track, teh left and right
channels will be out of sync.
A mono VST plug-in will work correctly if " Enable Mono Processing " is checked in the VST Plug_in properties Dialog Box and you are using a MONO track.
