In order to reset your Voice One back to its factory settings, proceed as follows:

Turn on your Voice One while holding down the "ENTER " key (for aprox 3 seconds)
Now use the data wheel to select one of the two reset options:
"Clear all presets?" - will restore just the factory presets
"Reset sys param?" - will restore all factory settings

Press the "ENTER" key again to execute the reset
The display will indicate a successful reset by displaying "Clear/reset done".
