The pads on my Fantom G are broken. I have to hit them really hard to hear anything.

Out of the box, the Fantom ships with the pad sensitivity set to medium. It might require some adjustment for your touch. It was a little too heavy for my liking. Here's how to do it:
Just press the [Pad Setting] button next to the pad section on your keyboard. Then press F1 to take you into the Pad system settings. You will see "Pad Sens" in the menu on the right. If would like to hit them lighter, choose 'light' and if they are too light for you then choose 'heavy'. You can experiment with these settings until you find one that suits you best.
