Yes. With the calibrate feature you can measure the latency of the entire signal chain from plug-in input to plug-in output, including the latency of the plug-in, the audio driver, the D/A and A/D converters and the latency of the external hardware you use. You can see the total roundtrip latency, and the host application will automatically compensate for this latency. THe Integrator plug-in has sample accurate latency measurement as well.
