Q:
How to move the Komplete 5 library on a Creation Station PC from the C: drive to the D: drive.

A:
* First, locate the root directory for each library. For example, with Kontakt, there is a folder called "Kontakt Library" somewhere on your C: drive. Contained within it are the Band, Orchestral, etc. folders. These library subfolders contain the instrument and sample files.
* Move the Kontakt Library folder to the D: drive. You can do this by opening the two windows and dragging-n-dropping, or by selecting/highlighting the Library folder, copying it (Ctrl+C or Edit menu > Copy), and then navigating to the Library drive and pasting it (Ctrl+V or Edit menu > Paste).
* One the entire library is copied, you can delete it from your C: drive. Drag it to the Recycle Bin, or right-click on it and choose "Delete."
* After you've copied the library folder to the root level of the E: drive, and deleted the copy from the C: drive, you will need to reset the library path in the software. Open Kontakt, and go to File > Options > Search / DB. There is the option to Add a new library path, as the one from the C: drive will be no longer valid. Add one, and choose the Kontakt Library folder you just created on the D: drive. You can also remove the old one from the C: drive. Press Apply, then close, and then restart Kontakt.
* Repeat these same steps for Akoustik Piano, Battery, and Elektrik Piano.
* If you have Kore, you will then need to rebuild the database once all 4 product library paths have been reset.

If you are using a different PC model, the same principles apply, even if the drive letters maybe different.
