I'm having trouble installing on my Mac Computer
A:
If you are prompted with an error on installing Superior for the first time or upgrading to the latest version, follow these steps in order:
1) Repair disk permissions: First and foremost repair the system permissions. Follow these instructions if unsure http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=152059 2) Remove the Components (upgrade only): Use the uninstaller available as part of the latest software update. 3) Install the sound library if you have not done so successfully yet: Run Sound Installer as per instructions in the manual shipped with your product. 4) Install the latest Superior software package, available from the download section. This will ensure you have the latest compatibility patches that may be required for your particular environment. 5) If the previous step fails use the Custom install On the last screen of the software installer click 'Customize' and deselect plugin formats that you do not require. Note the plugin format preventing installation and contact support by email.
