Mount Receptor's Hard Drive on your desktop and go to Samples/Reports. In that folder will be a file called "System Log." Open it. Somewhere in that file should be reported how much RAM is installed on Receptor. If the proper amount is reported, then Receptor sees the RAM you installed.
