Pro Audio Support

Q:
My M-Audio device is qualified for Pro Tools M-Powered, but the application tells me that no qualified M-Audio device is found during boot up. Why can't Pro Tools M-Powered recognize my M-Audio device?

A:
When Pro-Tools M-Powered fails to recognize a qualified device, it is usually a sign that you need to update to the latest device drivers. Visit our driver download page to find the latest driver for your device. If you are on a Windows System, the new driver installation package will likely detect your previously installed driver and help you uninstall it before proceeding. If you are on a Mac OS X system, you will need to run the uninstall utility that comes with your new driver download package (to remove your old drivers), before installing the newest driver for your device.

Once you are using the latest device driver for your product, Pro Tools M-Powered should recognize your qualified device without incident.
