There have been several reports of users having problems receiving emails from Digidesign, successfully downloading updates/installers and gaining access to their accounts when using AOL as their internet service provider.

If you experience problems receiving email from Digidesign when using AOL, check your junk/spam folders and look for preferences or settings that may allow you disable spam filters.

If you cannot successfully access your MyDigi account and/or download updates/installers when using AOL, try a different browser (Explorer, Safari or Firefox) or a different ISP.
