Pro Tools has run out of 82 byte tokens on Windows XP

Pro Tools has run out of 82 byte tokens on Windows XP.

In one case uninstalling M-Audio MIDISport Uno drivers and installing the latest version (downloadable from www.m-audio.com) fixed the problem.
