The screen of my Maschine controller is faint/does not work.

If the text on the display screen on your MASCHINE controller appears faint or you cannot see anything on the screen at all, make sure to install the latest update of the MASCHINE software from the Service Center or from Native Instruments' online Update Manager.

If the update does not resolve the issue, you should also try to adjust the contrast and brightness parameters from inside the MASCHINE software.

Go to Preferences>Hardware in the software to adjust these parameters.
