I downloaded EZ Drummer but when I install it, it keeps asking me to overwrite files. Whats happening?

Chances are that you are running the extraction program rather than the program installer, and that you've already extracted the files. This file has a green icon. You need to search for a folder that has the same name as the one with the green icon and run the installer from within there.
