When i try to play a single mono audio file, in an empty session, protools says "Problem detected with audio clock. Check that your clock source and sample rate are correct." How can I resolve this?

In this case the Customer was pulling in his Firewire Digi Interface into a Firewire HUB
This will not work.
We fixed it by plugging into the Computer's on board Firewire
(and not using the Firewire Hub)
