Q:
My printer doesn't install on my Creation Station running Windows Vista.
A:
The Windows Print Spooler service is disabled on our Vista Creation Stations. Enabling it will not have any serious degradation in performance.
To enable the Print Spooler service, click on the blue Vista start button. In the "start search" box type: services then press ENTER. With the services box open, scroll to "print spooler" and double click it. Change the startup type to Automatic. Click OK and reboot.
