To tune the instrument you are currently viewing (the one shown in the 'instrument' viewer at the top right-hand corner of the Play window), go to "Main Menu," then scroll down to "Current Instrument," then choose "Advanced Properties." In the Advanced Properties window you can tune the instrument and adjust its voice limit.
