1) Bad SampleCell Preferences file (delete and relaunch the SampleCell Editor).
2) Ram is not seated properly.
3) RAM is too slow.
4) RAM is bad.
5) Dynachip may be unseated.
6) The sample is "clipped" (Play the sample in SDII to check it).
