Use chooser to log on to "Shop's Mac" using the name "Shop Computer" and find doc.zip in the "DAL" folder in the "Tech Support" folder. Make a PC compatible floppy and copy the file DOC.ZIP to it. This is version 1.3A. The customer will have to be able to unzip the file in order to use it. Otherwise, service can unzip this if it's being sent out via floppy. If it's on the internet, the zipped version will transfer a lot faster.
