They are 256k EPROMS They test most system functions and I/O except QLS and SCSII They will work on VER7.xx CPU's but they will report an incorrect CPU ROM CHECKSUM, as they only look at the low half of the program EPROMs addresses. $60.00 for the pair of EPROMS.
