Q:
MOTU PCI 324 card not working with VIA motherboard
A:
There have been some known problems with the VIA A7v chipsets on motherboards. Check with your motherboard manual or computer manufacturer to find out if you have one of these chipsets. Typical problems include, but are not limited to, problems with detecting the card once it is in stalled. Running the troubleshooter will display a RATS message. See the PC Optimization Guide (keyword search OPTIMIZATION) to make sure there are no IRQ conflicts and your PC is tuned to eliminate a configuration problem.
