We have reports of at least 4 customers experiencing a Pro Tools crash
with error type 2 when using the following combination:
Pro Tools 5.1 (Mac OS)
Auto-Tune TDM (v2.13-v2.15, possibly other versions)
Control24
Discussions with our users have indicated that the problem does not
happen when disabling Auto-Tune, or disconnecting the Control24, or
going back to PT 5.01.
Please note that our software is wrapped in Pace Interlok for copy
protection.
Please let me know if this is a known problem, what can be done, and if
there's any way I can contribute to the solution.

ETS (TvdB) confirmed that the error occurs when Control|24 is declared in Peripherals.
