Q:
Drives won't initialize.
A:
* Make sure the host adapter has the latest firmware. While ATTO's compatibility list is currently very large, we are constantly resolving issues to expand compatibility.
* Check the termination on the ExpressPCI bus. If these are incorrect, drives will not mount. * Check the cables.
